1. Services

imbitar provides customized digital invitation websites and related services based on the package selected by the client. All package inclusions, features, revision limits, and pricing are clearly indicated in the selected package.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including event details, photos, videos, music files, and other materials necessary for the creation of the invitation website. Delays in submitting required materials may affect the delivery timeline and may not be the responsibility of imbitar.

3. Data Privacy and Account Access

To enable RSVP tracking, Photo Guestbook monitoring, and other interactive features, the client may be required to provide access to a designated Google account.

By proceeding with the service, the client voluntarily authorizes imbitar to access, manage, and monitor the connected Google account solely for the purpose of:

• RSVP management and monitoring
• Guestbook photo and message collection
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Website functionality and maintenance

imbitar will treat all client information confidentially and will not use or disclose any data for purposes unrelated to the service provided.

4. Package Customization

Package inclusions are fixed according to the selected package. Clients may request additional features or modifications beyond the standard package inclusions. Additional charges shall apply as follows:

• Additional features: ₱150.00 per feature
• Additional customization beyond the standard layout and inclusions: ₱250.00 per request

All customization requests are subject to feasibility and approval by imbitar.

5. Rush Order Fee

Rush orders are subject to availability. Orders placed two (2) days or less before the event date shall incur a Rush Fee of ₱500.00 in addition to the package price. imbitar reserves the right to decline rush orders if the requested timeline cannot be reasonably accommodated.

6. Revisions and Edits

Revision limits are based on the package purchased.

Minor revisions include:

• Spelling corrections
• Event detail updates
• Photo replacements
• Minor content adjustments
• Correction of clerical errors
• Minor arrangement adjustments

Clients are entitled to a maximum of ten (10) minor edits after the initial design has been presented.

The following are not considered minor edits:

• Complete redesign requests
• Major layout changes
• Theme changes
• Significant content restructuring
• Custom feature requests

Requests beyond the included revision limit or requests involving customization shall incur an additional fee of ₱150.00 per revision or customization request.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines commence once all required information and materials have been submitted by the client. Estimated delivery dates may vary depending on project complexity, revision requests, and client response times.

8. Refunds

Due to the digital and customized nature of the service, payments made are generally non-refundable once design work has commenced. Refund requests, if any, shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making a payment, or submitting an order form, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. For inquiries regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact imbitar through our official communication channels.
